I still exist. My computer is in it's death throes. Trying to figure out how to get a good picture of that canvas online.

New Project

My camera still has no cord. Today, I got the materials needed for a piece of art I've been designing for three days. It was commissioned of me by a teacher in the new high school I'm going to this year, for his classroom. I might end up doing some more for different rooms if he likes it. "Pastoral Scenes," he told me. I'm going to be doing it in pen,(Sakura;manga comic-pro) on canvas. For the project, I had to get pencils, a gum eraser, the pens, and some canvases.(they came in packs) The whole thing cost forty dollars, so I'm glad I'm being reimbursed. When it's done, I'll ask for a scan of it for my portfolio, and to put up on this blog.

Gesture drawing

I am now working of gesture drawing to learn how to draw people. As soon as my new camera has a cord, there will be pictures.

He Wants a Name

I already like this character. And yet still no story or name. Ah well. Guess I need to just try to write him a life in my notebook and force his name out.
